All barbering services and retail products provided by our shop are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise by the management at the time of service. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify your barber before leaving the premises so we can make it right.
We value our professionals' time. Appointments cancelled with short notice or missed entirely (no-shows) may be subject to a cancellation fee at the discretion of the business owner. Please contact us directly if you need to reschedule.
